A lot of explorers come to KESU from 1st Keynsham Scout group, which consists of beaver colonies, cub packs and scout troops.
BWSN is the local network for our area and is currently made up of ex-KESU members. Network is a group for eighteen to twenty five year olds. This network meet in Keynsham and have strong links with 1st Keynsham scout group. Due to free hosting this site is often broken.
The Scouts.org.uk site has a lot of information about scouting nationwide and is aimed at people who are not currently members of the Scout movement.
Network is run at a county level so BWSN is part of Avon (which still exists in the scouting world despite being dissolved in 1996).
This site provides information about all disctricts in Avon and component groups. This is a very well maintained site with lots of up to date information and links.
Scoutbase UK provides a wealth of information on all aspects of scouting, including much of the material for leader training.
Explorers is run at District level, and KESU is part of the Wansdyke district. This site details district run events.
